Ran with City of Norwich Athletic Club this evening before my UEA swim session with East Anglian SwallowTails (EAST).
It was good to see so many members of Tri-Anglia there. The route was billed as 8.5 miles. Got round in 62mins, so figured I must have gone wrong as I doubt I run that fast. Turns out my route was 7.7 my excuse is that I was following them. Just as well it wasn't 8.5 as it wouldn't have given me much time to get ready for my swim.
