Had a very good long run yesterday. Club la Santa to Teguise and back via a desert and some hills. Added half an hour extra onto the route to get in 3 hours. Hopefully it's 20 miles, will have to gmap it.Can't say that I'm so thrilled with my cycling, with exception of the ascent of Tabyesco. Not having fun due to mechanical problems and wind. Have identified that my forks were buggered, I'm also convinced that the frame is damaged too.
