300 weeks worth of running

I started running on Tuesday 26th Feb 2002 and was following a 16 week half marathon schedule that I doubled up to make a 32 week training schedule. This was to prepare me for the 2002 Great North Run.
Since that week I've maintained my training log and this weeks entry is the 300th. Admittedly I've not run every single week. Total distance covered is 4,778 miles and I'm now onto my 13th pair of trainers.
